Buena Vista KOA Campground Reservations & Policies

Campground Reservation Policies:

Deposit is due at time of reservation via Mastercard or Visa.

First night’s registration fee required as deposit on all reservations.

Check-In Satisfaction Guarantee

If within one hour after check-in, you’re not completely satisfied with the
services or facilities, your registration fees will be gladly refunded.

Cancellation Deadlines:

RV/TENT: 48 Hour Deadline

If you wish to cancel your RV/tent reservation and obtain a deposit refund, KOA’s policy requires that you notify us by 4 p.m. 2 daysprior to your scheduled arrival.

Kabin: 1 Week Deadline

If you wish to cancel your Cabin reservation and obtain a deposit refund, KOA’s policy requires you to notify us one weekprior to your scheudled arrival.

Charges

A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for qualified cancellations. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

PETS

Pets must be kept on a leash and with a responsible person at all times.
Pets may not be left unattended at Campground.
Make arrangements to take them with you when leaving for the day’s adventure.
CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!
$7 per pet per night for pets in Cabins.
NO PETS IN OTHER BUILDINGS.
Pit Bulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers are prohibited in the campground.

Campground and/or management are not responsible for injuries, loss, damage or claims for damages to persons or property of campers due to fire, theft, accident or other causes.
